Just wanted to let you and your company workers know how thrilled me and my
wife are with the new 95% efficient Goodman gas fired heat pump your company
installed. The job you did was timely, priced as quoted with no hidden charges,
with a nice neat installation.

We were also very pleased with how fast your company returned my call to
come and take my information and give us a bid. At the same time we had
made contact with a HVAC salesman at Costco Vancouver and he finally
contacted us about a month later. I almost laughed when I got the phone call
on my answering machine. (Not too hungry I guess?)

The warm heat from the new furnace is great! Very quiet, house warms up much faster.
I think my old Westco electric strip furnace was only about 60% efficient at best.

My latest electric billing statement from PUD: 12/11/09 is used 2240 KWH's. My new
billing for 12/13/10 came in at 830 KWH, a 1410 KWH savings from year to year!
Granted my gas bill is up a little but I'm really excited about the huge Killowatt drop
from last year!
Anyway just a quick note to tell you we're really enjoying the new Goodman heater.
